Laguna Burger - 66 Pit Stop in Albuquerque

I had came in at around 6 pm tonight. Was a little busy for them. 25 minute wait. But they were very friendly the man taking my order politely asked people who didn't have a mask needed to have one. Made me feel confident about being here. Clean very clean. As always a great burger. Great employees. It's been 5 months of having this burger and it always excites me having one. Recommend to everyone.

Very rude. Make up their prices out of the air. Charged an account 4 times on one transaction. Not at all what it once was. And the gas prices are SO HIGH. Shame on the owners taking advantage of tourists.

Good food. I've been going to Laguna Burger since back when they only had one location. ( I used to live close by) even if some of the people that work there are a little rude at times.

This place used to be so good. Got an overcooked, dry burger for the first time yesterday. Had not been in there in a few months, hope it was just a one time deal.

Food was amazing. I ordered the Laguna burger combo comes with Laguna burger, fries and a 22oz fountain drink. The only complaint I had was the amount of fries you get with the combo. For $11.70 you should receive twice as many fries as you get. Everything taste excellent. I just left still a tad bit hungry.

Loved the burger. Very fresh and completely made to order. If you have the chance, don't miss out on a great burger.

These 5 stars are for the cooks. They were really friendly employees. Very polite but was told to pay up at the front. Okay no big deal, The ladies at the front were rude no compassion for their jobs what so ever. Everything else was great as always. Just rude cashier's.

Burger has that old grill good seasoning 😂 way better than the one on 12th. Good destination place for a motorcycle ride.

To: Michael Jessman, any business can require you to wear a mask. It is their right. They are private businesses. It's the same thing as. "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service."

Tastier like always! This guys never fail with their burgers. 8 dollars for a burger meal is dirt cheap. Everything is fresh made, patties, fries or onion rings

The cashier denied service 45 minutes before close, claiming that they were closing. I know that’s the last hour but that’s not the last 15 minutes. The woman making our burger walked to the walk-in fridge. Pushed the guys mop bucket out of the way... with her gloves hands. She disappears into the walk-in touching god knows how many things. She reappears and we watch in horror as she reaches directly into the lettuce with those soiled gloves. These both would’ve been red flags, but the later is inexcusable in covid America. This business is and should be on its way out. Have pride in the work.

Made the mistake of being here the night of a nearby concert. The place was swamped. Still, quality didn’t suffer. I had the green chili burger, which had just the right amount of spice. The fries are hand cut and excellent, too.

The BEST Burgers Ever!!! they have semi parking up the road, Definitely recommend everyone stop in and have one! Or make it a double!!!

Stopped here on a road trip to use the restroom. The facilities were very nice and clean which was very unexpected for me on a road trip. I'm used to gas stations and truck stops where I have to hover over the toilet. My husband got a Dairy queen blizzard and enjoyed it.

I usually stop here on the way thru for a great burger at a great price $8 and some change for a Laguna burger combo. I will not be stopping by as often or at all, my last visit I was charged $11.74 for the same combo! Almost a 50% increase in price! I realize times are rough right now but damn.

They used to be amazing but they are cutting too many corners to save money. It's still ok, but not for the increased cost to ratio of quality and quantity of food. For $12+ plus I'd expect less fillers in the burger and more than two large mouth fulls of fries. Used to be I couldn't completely finish the food, but now I still want more food and I'm not a power eater. Two nice size slices of pizza fills me up. I'd be happy to pay a premium price for the old burger and fries. They were fantastic. I get meat and food costs have gone up and I truly want you all to thrive, but please bring back what made you famous.

Tried to rip me off on a combo meal charged me 11.87 price is 8.99.place was dirty. I walked out.i do not suggest to go here not even for fuel.fuel is known to wreck your engine and credit card misshapes with no refunds are most.covid a covid 19 incident acquired. Earlier last month through contaminated chillies.

Just a convenience store across from the big route 66 casino. Much bigger, cleaner and nicer across the highway.

The food is fast food but made from scratch. Laguna burger is 1/2 pound of deliciousness and only $5.99 meal is$7.99. Fries home made!!. Foot long corn dogs. Indian crafts and route 66 souvenirs. Gas is high but the burger and food makes up for it and its on the real old route 66.

I found a hidden broken toothpick hidden in my burger. This is dangerous. It was alongside a regular toothpick. So when I pulled the one I could see, I assumed it was the only one. After all, why would there be a 2nd one that could not be seen? I am glad I found it without biting it. But it could have caused some very serious damage. Over which I could have sued. Food was great, as always. But why attempt to physically hurt or damage someone?

They are not open Not only that, they violate your rights wearing a mask when I am a Dr, and I observe the 6ft rule. They have no data that supports there arbitrary decision. Bottom line is it's a shady low class area that looks like any virus would mutate I encourage everyone not to go to stop at this exit. It is the weirdest feeling of DEATH. Proof that its closed hrs before 9pm.

They have the BEST, big green chili burgers. Cant be beat. If this place is open when I pass it, I will always stop and grab one, even if im not hungry then and save it for later!

It is very reasonably priced. There are only 10 or so spots, but not crowded when i stopped. The office and restaurant are closed Saturday Sunday and Monday. You are asked to fill out envelope and deposit money in box. No envelopes were available. I made one with a sheet of paper and tape. The whole park is very basic, but clean.

Used to be good. Asked and paid for extra green chile...got less than a normal amount. Fries were soggy and burger dry. I tried to call ahead but they put me on hold and never picked back up. When I arrived the male and female employees were sitting down because there were no customers.. Not world famous customer service.

This has to be the best burger and fries on the planet. The hatch green chilies add a great flavor to the fresh beef. Awesome 🖒👌

What a delicious Burger that was! We ordered 2 combos. It comes with cheese ,green chili , large fries and a beverage. It was very filling and sooo good! Definitely worth our drive west from Albuquerque! I will definitely go again!

When you get a meal do not substitute because they will over charge you $4 for the second drink even though you only got one.. the burger was not that good and I will never come back

We spent 30.00 here getting gas , munchies .they had no windshield water or Squeegee to clean windows and cashier didnt go all out to help.Don't stop here.Might get better service across at other gas station.

The Laguna Burger at this place never disappoints!! So tasty!... However, was not happy about the chili cheese fries 😒 The hunt for bomb chili cheese fries with real chili continues!!

We had tried to call to see what time they closed or at least stopped serving hamburgers couldn't ever get through, anyway we decided to take a drive out there just for the heck of it... we got there and a lady was putting up all the chairs and sweeping the floor. I asked what time they closed she said 10pm. It was 7:40pm. So we ordered, there was only 1 woman being the cashier and the cook, so it took awhile to receive the food, but it sure was worth the wait and the drive out there! I recommend taking alittle drive and giving it a try!!!!!

Home style burgers. Dang if you are into sum hot chili with your Laguna Burger. These folks will cure your cravings for a short time. Because you will be back for more. Great burger joint.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! I had called ahead to place an order and it was ONE ORDER!!! and THEY STILL MADE ME WAIT 30 MINUTES!! anddddddd on top of all of that! They were so rude! And they were so unhelpful. So disappointed! Don't think I'll be coming back.

FANTASTIC! Perfection! Of course I loooves me some green chili! This burger would be $18 - $22 in any other restaurant. 1/2 pound is a lot of meat for me. I'll get the Whimp next time. 😋❣
